Refunds and returns
We can offer replacement on any faulty/damaged products. If the item in question is no longer in stock, we can offer a suitable replacement or refund. If you no longer need the product you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs on delivered items). We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. We will not process any refunds until we have received the items back. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for all returns.
